The author, Leo McCormack, suffered from CFS for over 7 years. He personally found a way to beat this horrible disease.
Leo’s story is quite an inspirational one. CFS still has no cure and doctors aren’t even sure what causes it. Years ago, if you had it, most physicians claimed it was psychological. At least today they acknowledge it exists, which is a start. But it’s of little comfort to most people.
That is where MAYBE Leo’s book can help you. The reason I say maybe is because the symptoms of this disease are different in each person and therefore, what worked for Leo may not work for you. You need to understand this up front.
Leo goes over not only how he beat the disease itself but how he beat all the symptoms including insomnia, poor concentration, muscle tension, body pain, headaches, restless leg syndrome and physical and mental exhaustion and many, many others. Too many to list here.
Leo starts off by telling you everything that he tried to beat this thing. The laundry list is long enough to choke a horse. He then goes into great detail as to what to do to beat this including:
What foods to eat and avoid
How to get rid of muscle tension
How to get rid of headaches without taking pain killers
How to beat mental and physical fatigue
How to build up your strength
I could keep going but the list is so long I’ll be writing forever. He leaves nothing out. There isn’t a symptom of this horrible disease that he doesn’t cover.
In addition, he includes a number of supplemental books on overcoming Fybromyalgia, improving strength, overcoming insomnia, and more.
What you will find refreshing is Leo’s no BS way of telling things. What you will also find refreshing is that he doesn’t try to soak people out of an arm and a leg to get this information. It’s not reasonably priced. It’s plain cheap... especially for something that’s so important.
Like I said, there is no guarantee that what worked for Leo will work for you. But at the very least, go to his site and see what he is offering. You have nothing to lose but a few minutes of your time to check it out.
Here it is: Overcoming Chronic Fatigue And M.E.
